Welcome to SBG.EVENTS (the “Site”), owned and operated by Steak and Butter Gang (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site and services, including registering for and attending events such as the Montana Carnivore Meatup 2025 and future events, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. If you are under 18, you may only use our Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

By using this Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false information, including during event registration or ticket purchases.

• By registering for an event, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Payments for event tickets are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store credit card details.

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds or cancellations may be subject to an administrative fee.
• If an event is postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues), we will attempt to reschedule or offer alternatives.
• Attendees are responsible for checking their emails and our Site for event updates.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
• Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets is prohibited.

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. The following behavior may result in removal from an event without refund:

• Disruptive behavior (harassment, threats, discrimination, intoxication).
• Failure to comply with event staff instructions.
• Violation of any event or venue policies.

By attending any SBG.EVENTS function, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to injuries, illness, or property damage.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• You release SBG.EVENTS, its organizers, affiliates, and sponsors from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your attendance.

• By attending an event, you grant us permission to capture and use your image, voice, and likeness in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to be recorded, you must inform event staff upon arrival.

All content on this Site, including text, logos, graphics, images, and software, is the property of SBG.EVENTS or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
• Use our branding, trademarks, or copyrighted materials without authorization.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse external sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

• Our Site and events are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free experiences, or event availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBG.EVENTS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Cancellations, postponements, or changes to events.
• Any injuries, losses, or damages incurred at events.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.
• You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against us.
• Any legal action must be filed in Los Angeles, and you agree to the jurisdiction of these courts.
