We’re serving up bison, elk, and grass-fed beef — cooked over open flame with just salt and smoke. No seed oils, no marinades. Still and sparkling water will be available throughout the evening.And the extras? You’ll love:

• Quick-draw portrait painting
• Classic festival games (yes, there will be trivia)
