3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share information in these limited circumstances:
A. Service Providers
We may share your information with trusted partners (e.g., payment processors, email marketing services, hosting providers) who help us operate our business. They are contractually obligated to keep your data secure.
B. Advertising & Analytics Partners
We use third-party advertising platforms — including Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) — to promote our events, retarget past visitors, measure ad performance, and build lookalike audiences of people similar to our existing customers.
To do this, we may:
- Deploy the Meta Pixel and Conversions API on our Site, which collect information about your visits (pages viewed, buttons clicked, forms submitted, purchases completed) and transmit that information to Meta for advertising and measurement purposes.
- Share hashed (encrypted) contact information — such as email addresses and phone numbers — with Meta to create Custom Audiences, allowing us to show ads to existing supporters or find new audiences that resemble them.
- Receive aggregated reporting from Meta about the performance of our ads, including which ads drove sign-ups, purchases, or other conversions.
We do not share your name, email address, or phone number with Meta in a plain-text format. Data is hashed before transmission per Meta’s Business Tools requirements.
You can control how Meta uses your data for ads at any time:
- Facebook/Instagram Ad Preferences: facebook.com/ads/preferences
- Opt out of Custom Audiences: Adjust your ad settings within your Facebook or Instagram account.
C. Legal Requirements
If required by law, we may disclose your information to comply with legal processes or protect our rights.
D. Event Sponsors & Partners
With your explicit consent, we may share your details with event sponsors or partners offering promotions or discounts.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to:
- Improve user experience by remembering your preferences.
- Track website analytics to enhance our offerings.
- Deliver relevant advertisements and measure ad performance across platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Advertising Cookies & Pixels
We use the following advertising and analytics technologies on our Site:
- Meta Pixel — tracks visitor behavior and conversions for Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Meta Conversions API (server-side tracking) — sends conversion data directly from our servers to Meta for improved measurement accuracy.
- Additional analytics tools may be used from time to time to help us understand Site performance.
You can adjust your browser settings to decline cookies, and you can control ad personalization directly with Meta at facebook.com/ads/preferences. Note that disabling cookies may impact site functionality.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. This includes:

However, no online transmission is 100% secure. You acknowledge that data transfers over the internet carry inherent risks beyond our control.
